Wendy Beyer is running for Hunterdon County Surrogate. She has proudly called Hunterdon County home for nearly 20 years. She is a single parent of two children, one dog and two cats.

Since graduating with a BA from Ithaca College, Wendy has amassed a wealth of business experience working in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Communication, Project Coordination, and Business Development. She currently works at Raritan Valley Community College as Specialist in Career Services department.

Over the years, Wendy has volunteered her time and energy to many local organizations, including the Whitehouse Station MOM’s Club, Basking Ridge Albrook Montessori School, Stanton Holly Trail, and as current Co-chair of the HCRHS marching band. Wendy has been an active member of the Readington Township School Association since 2009.

Wendy Beyer is incredibly compassionate, energetic, engaging, resourceful and resilient. The unexpected sudden loss of her beloved husband Evan, gives her the unique understanding of the county surrogate’s responsibilities. She understands that people need the surrogate when they are at their most vulnerable, therefore she would like to focus on making the process easier, more direct and less confusing. If elected, she would be an excellent Surrogate for Hunterdon County.
